Book 1 in the Moonshot Hockey series!

I'm supposed to be writing a spicy ice hockey romance - not living one. But not falling into the hot, grumpy ice hockey captain's bed is proving to be impossible . . .

I came to Moonshot, Montana, for research. The plan was simple: learn the basics, write the book and then go back home.

But now I'm living in hockey captain Nick Galaxy's guesthouse, even though he says he has zero interest in helping anyone write a love story - especially one about him.

I eventually convince the grumpiest man in the world to help me, and step one is Nick teaching me how to skate. But the more time we spend together, the harder it is to pretend this is all just fiction.

Now he's acting jealous when his teammates flirt with me, and being so gentle with me on the ice. He's even including me in his family, and Nick and his son are making it impossible for me to remember I'm supposed to just be passing through.

And then one steamy night in the cabin changes everything. Suddenly, the line between research and real-life isn't just blurry - it's been crossed completely.

It just might be the lucky shot we both need, if we don't fall short of the goal line . . .
